What is contained on this page might look like a marijuana product, but it is actually legal industrial hemp. This historic legislation establishes the legality of industrial hemp produced in state pilot agricultural programs. Congress provides the requisite definition for allowable amounts of THC. industrial hemp' means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis”. An important legal distinction also appears in the first sentence of this bill, stating: “Notwithstanding the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.), the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (20 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.), chapter 81 of title 41, United States Code, or any other Federal law”. The term “notwithstanding” was widely used by the 114th Congress as a way to supersede previous laws that may apply, without going through the process of overturning them. This confirms that hemp cannot be considered “marijuana” under the CSA.Consolidated Appropriations Act, Sec. 763 (2016)This legislation was the omnibus federal budget for FY2016. According to 7 U.S.C. §5940, the term “industrial hemp” means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9 THC) concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis. Only the Delta-9 THC level is relevant, not THC-A., this hemp flower has a Delta-9 THC level on a dry weight basis equal to 0%, well below the 0.3% maximum level and, therefore, these products are hemp, not marijuana, and is perfectly legal to possess and sell. This right applies in any state pursuant to the Full Faith and Credit Clause, Article VI, Section 1 of the Constitution, the Supremacy Clause, Article VI, Section 2 of the Constitution, and the Equal Protection Clause, Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment.

ZKittlez is an indica dominant hybrid strain created through a cross of the deliciously powerful Grape Ape X Grapefruit strains. Although the exact indica to sativa ratio varies based on breeder practices, ZKittlez has been measured consistently at having a low THC level of 15%. Despite this relatively mild THC level, this bud placed first for Best Indica at both the 2015 Cannabis Cups in San Francisco and Michigan. Despite its low THC level, this bud packs a powerful flavorful punch. ZKittlez has a super fruity aroma of sweet tropical earth with a slight herbal effect to it. The flavor is even better, with a sweet berry taste that has a crisp tropical citrus aftertaste that lingers on the tongue long after you finish smoking. The ZKittlez is just as enticing as its taste, although it is relatively mellow in nature. It starts with an uplifting head buzz that leaves you euphoric and creatively inspired but not anxious or overwhelmed. This is accompanied by a relaxing body buzz that slowly spreads throughout the body and to your very fingertips, leaving you completely calm and pain free without limiting your movement. A mild sleepy effect will wash over you upon the comedown, although it won’t put you to sleep. These effects make ZKittlez the perfect choice for treating patients suffering from conditions such as insomnia, chronic pain, mild cases of depression, chronic stress or anxiety, and inflammation. This bud has large and lumpy pepper-shaped dark olive green nugs with sparse rich amber hairs and a thick frosty coating of tiny crystal white trichomes. (allbud.com)

ter·pene

ˈtərpēn/noun

Chemistry noun: terpene; plural noun: terpenesany of a large group of volatile unsaturated hydrocarbons found in the essential oils of plants. They are based on a cyclic molecule having the formula C10H16

Some products list their mass by kg (kilogram), milligram (mg), and some by gram (g).  When you see this, remember:

1000 mg = 1 g

1 g = 1/1000th kg

Same goes for volume.  You'll find yourself running into measurements using microliters (uL), milliliters (mL), and some by Liters (L).  For volume, remember these conversions:

1000 mL = 1 uL

1 mL = 1/1000 L

When determining how many grams or milliliters of a terpene to add to your oil (when measuring your oil in grams) to reach a certain percentage, remember:

1 g of oil + .0105 g of terpenes (or .0126 mL) = 1%

1000 g of oil + 111.5 of terpenes (or 133.8 mL) = 10%

And if you're trying to determine how many grams are in something that's measured in milliliters, remember:

.5 mL = .415 g

30 mL =  25 g

1 gallon = 3785 mL = 3215 g

Using these conversions will help you determine how much to use of your diluents and carriers.  It will take a bit of Algebra (i know...sigh) but once you have your measurements figured out, you'll be good to go!

ALL OF OUR TERPENES ARE LAB GRADE AND SHOULD NEVER BE USED WITHOUT DILUTING 0.5-13% RATIO OF VOLUME

We do not recommend inhaling anything but oxygen.  However, we are aware our products are used to enhance CBD/THC distillate.  With that said, we recommend starting at a very low percent and adding to desired strength.
